The whole process of making the Biryani, layering, giving 'Dum' and the long wait is quite intimidating and would easily deter many to try the same. The reason I often opt for the easy and the less time consuming Biryani recipe at my home. But believe me you will not be one with me once you try this traditional Biryani. A little bit of extra effort and you will be certainly rewarded with a royal treat. This recipe is from my mom's kitchen and one of my favorite dishes I demand from her as soon as I land at her place.

Another simple remedy is onion. Prepare onion juice or take a raw onion soaked in water with sweetener or just simple a sugar. You may take this 2-3 times per day. Onions will help stop the blood flow during the passage of stool.



Substitute Ghee at home cream ghee cleanse at home for very low body fat Greek yogurt or plain yogurt. This will nonetheless give a similar creamy texture but with out the extra calories.

Turmeric (haldi) - Turmeric is one of the widely used home remedies for wound. It has natural healing properties. Take a glass of hot milk mixed with approx. half teaspoon turmeric powder in case of an internal wound or injury. This will prevent any complication arising from any hidden blood loss inside the body.

Beeswax is the only fuel to emit negative ions when burning & this process cleans the air of positive ions such as dust, odors, toxins, pollen, mold, dust mites feces, and viruses.



Usually after the 26 weeks mark, you are given green signal to give almost any food like fruits, veggies, meat (we are vegetarians though). Of course it is up to you to keep allergies in mind.

You cook small chunks of fat in water. Later you chill it down and strain it removing the impurities. After cooling off overnight you would take the top layer of the fat that has accumulated.
